Few Flurries Tonight, Then Cold | Weather
Tonight flurries and sleet are possible through north and central Georgia. No accumulations expected except in the elevations of 2000ft or higher in the north Georgia mountains. In those high areas up to a half inch at most is possible. The snow will clear out around 8pm and then skies will gradually begin to clear out. Overnight low temperatures will be cold down in the mid 20s. The wind will also still be here which means cold wind chills will also be a big factor. After midnight wind chills will fall into the teens, so please bring your pets inside tonight!
Sunday we will have a sunny day from start to finish, but temperatures will only get into the upper 40s. That pesky wind will also still be here from the NW around 10mph gusting up to 20mph.
Clouds increase Monday before the next system brings us rain starting after 10pm Monday night and lasting through the next few days. Temperatures remain in the low to mid 50s for the early half of next week.
