Rain Moves Out, Wind Moves In | Weather
While the rain has moved out, the cloud cover will linger for much of the day, finally clearing out by late afternoon. That will keep afternoon high temperatures from getting any higher than the mid 40s. It will also be quite breezy from the west around 10-15mph gusting up to 25mph which will make temperatures in the afternoon feel at best in the mid 30s. A few flurries are likely in the higher elevations this afternoon as well, but no accumulation is expected.
Tonight clear skies will prevail, but that means cold temperatures as well down into the mid 20s. The wind will also still be here which means cold wind chills will also be a big factor. After midnight wind chills will fall into the teens, so please bring your pets inside tonight!
Sunday we will have a sunny day from start to finish, but temperatures will only get into the upper 40s. That pesky wind will also still be here from the NW around 10mph gusting up to 20mph.
