Atlanta Weather | Wet Friday Night | News
For the remainder of the night temps will hang out in the mid 60's with a plenty of light rain and high humidity. It does not feel at all like Mid January outside. As the upper low that brought us all the rain moves NE into New England we will continue to have a strong influence from the Gulf of Mexico. With this in mind as the rain comes to an end tomorrow we will see very warm temps, near records as a matter of fact, tomorrow and Sunday!
Here are the records:
I don't think we are going to break the records, but we are going to get very close and might even tie them as I am forecasting lower 70's for both days.
Weather for tailgaters at the Dome on Sunday should be loving it as temps will soar into the lower 70's with mostly cloudy skies late in the afternoon. The warm weather should start to go away on Monday with even cooler temps possible later next week.
