4pm Radar Check | News

We've seen a good coverage of rain moving through the metro area this afternoon.  The radar pic above shows a lot of light rain with some embedded moderate to heavy rain in some spots.  These showers will continue this evening.  We will have a few breaks in the rain overnight with another wave of rain moving through Monday.  We still are monitoring the potential for stronger thunderstorms Monday.  I'll have more on that later.

With the next wave of rain tomorrow, we will add on more to these totals.  We could see 1.5 to 2" of rain before it moves out.
