Sunday is the Transition Day before rain moves in | News

We are beginning to feel a little more of that moisture that is increasing in our area today.  Dewpoints are rising with that increase in moisture.  It will feel a little more muggy today with more clouds than sun.  That moisture will translate to a 30% chance of an afternoon or evening shower today.

The main area of rain moves in Monday.  The heavier rain will be here late Monday into early Tuesday.  We still think there will be between 1 and 2 inches of rain before this ends later Tuesday.

After the rain, much cooler air will arrive early Wednesday.  Lows will dip to the 50s Wednesday and Thursday morning.  Afternoon highs in the 70s.  The WIZometer numbers will go way up for mid-week!
