A great weekend to get some fresh air!

A great weekend to get some fresh air!

The recent rain this week cleansed the air a bit.  In fact if you were out before sunrise this morning you may have noticed how fresh the air smelled!   The pollen is at 235 particles per cubic meter which is low compared to where levels have been for the past few weeks.  Trees are still in the high range though so if you  suffer from tree allergies to mulberry, oak, and sycamore you may still be suffering as they are all in the high range.

Temperatures started out on the cool side in the upper 40s....just a couple of degrees below  average.  We will be warming up in to the low 70s this afternoon so it will be perfect weather for a walk near the Chattahoochee River!!!

Few showers overnight now moving east off the coast. The clouds will hang on this morning and erode this afternoon. In the wake of the Low pressure that brought the rain, cooler air is now moving in behind it. Temperatures have been well above the average, but today, high temps will be slightly below. Highs today will be in the upper 60s.
Very nice Saturday on tap. Mostly sunny skies expected with high in the low 70s.

Long Term:

A few dry cold fronts will move into the area over the next few days. The first coming in late Sunday into Monday. The clouds will increase, but we are not expecting rain at this time.  Skies will remain dry for much of next week. Next chance for showers will be late Thursday.
